Direct Debit Timing – Important Information

Please note: the date you submit your first payment sets your ongoing debit day. This cannot be changed later.

  • Weekly or fortnightly memberships


    • Your direct debit will be processed on the same day of the week as your first payment.

    • Example:


      • If you submit your first payment on a Friday, all future payments will be debited on a Friday (weekly or fortnightly).

  • Monthly memberships


    • Your direct debit will be processed on the same date of the month as your first payment.

    • Example:


      • If you submit your first payment on the 14th, all future payments will be debited on the 14th of each month.

  • Please choose your sign-up date carefully


    • Once your membership is active, debit days and dates cannot be changed.

    • This includes requests to move payments earlier or later.

Once you have signed up successfully, you can book your first maintenance session under 'ongoing sessions/membership' on the booking system.
