Emsella uses HIFEM® (High Intensity Focused Electromagnetic energy) to force contract the pelvic floor musculature (up to 90% of the entire pelvic floor hammock) 11,200 times during each 30-minute session. These contractions are supramaximal contractions, to unlike anything you’d be able to do through a voluntary muscle contraction.
These contractions are rapid and each session changes the length and speed of the contractions, so the pelvic floor is forced to strengthen, tone and firm quickly and efficiently.
