We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

 

• If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice you will forfeit that session of your package and additional costs paid in clinic will be required to add another session to your package if requested.

• If you do not show up to your appointment or are more than 5 minutes late (and the session cannot go ahead due to following bookings) the session will be forfeited as apart of your package.

• All deposits are taken off the full price of your package/session

• All deposits are non refundable or redeemable on future services

• We have a ‘no refund’ policy on treatments

• Promotional packages can only be used during the advertised period, changes treatments outside of promotional periods will be charged at normal pricing rates.
